Ephesians 1:3-14
3Blessed be
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all
spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4According as he hath
chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and
without blame before him in love: 5Having predestinated
us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the
good pleasure of his will, 6To the praise of the
glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. 7In
whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to
the riches of his grace; 8Wherein he hath
abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; 9Having made known
unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath
purposed in himself: 10That in the
dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things
in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
11In whom also we
have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of
him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: 12That we should be
to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. 13In whom ye also
trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your
salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy
Spirit of promise, 14Which is the
earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession,
unto the praise of his glory.

Today's Scripture -Psalm 16
Psalm 16
New King James Version (NKJV)
The Hope of the Faithful, and the Messiah’s Victory
A Michtam of David.
16 Preserve me, O God, for in You I put my trust.
2 O my soul, you have said to the Lord,
“You are my Lord,
My goodness is nothing apart from You.”
3 As for the saints who are on the earth,
“They are the excellent ones, in whom is all my delight.”
“You are my Lord,
My goodness is nothing apart from You.”
3 As for the saints who are on the earth,
“They are the excellent ones, in whom is all my delight.”
4 Their sorrows shall be multiplied who hasten after another god;
Their drink offerings of blood I will not offer,
Nor take up their names on my lips.
Their drink offerings of blood I will not offer,
Nor take up their names on my lips.
5 O Lord, You are the portion of my inheritance and my cup;
You maintain my lot.
6 The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places;
Yes, I have a good inheritance.
You maintain my lot.
6 The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places;
Yes, I have a good inheritance.
7 I will bless the Lord who has given me counsel;
My heart also instructs me in the night seasons.
8 I have set the Lord always before me;
Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.
My heart also instructs me in the night seasons.
8 I have set the Lord always before me;
Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.
9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices;
My flesh also will rest in hope.
10 For You will not leave my soul in Sheol,
Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
11 You will show me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
My flesh also will rest in hope.
10 For You will not leave my soul in Sheol,
Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
11 You will show me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Today's Verse -1 john 4:9
In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 1 John 4:9 NKJV

Today's Verse -Matt. 22:37-39
Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ Matthew 22:37-39 NKJV

1 John 4
1 John 4
New King James Version (NKJV)
4 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess that[a] Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.
4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 5 They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them. 6 We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.Knowing God Through Love
7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.Seeing God Through Love
12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. 13 By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. 14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world. 15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.The Consummation of Love
17 Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world. 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. 19 We love Him[b] because He first loved us.Obedience by Faith
20 If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can[c] he love God whom he has not seen? 21 And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also.Wednesday, February 20, 2013

Today's Scripture -1 Cor. 2
1 Corinthians 2 >> King James 2000 Bible |
Know Only Jesus Christ and Him Crucified
1And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of
speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
2For I determined not to know anything among you, except Jesus
Christ, and him crucified.
3And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much
trembling.
4And my speech and my preaching were not with enticing words of man's
wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
5That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the
power of God.
The Wisdom of God's Spirit
6But we speak wisdom among them that are mature: yet not the wisdom
of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to
nothing:
7But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom,
which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
8Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it,
they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
9But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have
entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that
love him.
10But God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit
searches all things, yea, the deep things of God.
11For what man knows the things of a man, except the spirit of man
which is in him? even so the things of God knows no man, but the Spirit of
God.
12Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit
who is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of
God.
13Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom
teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches; comparing spiritual things with
spiritual.
14But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God:
for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are
spiritually discerned.
15But he that is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged
of no man.
16For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him?
But we have the mind of Christ.

Holy Ghost Intervention
This is not something we normally do so it's a first and I must obey my God as He has been soooo good to me and now it seems He wants to extend His goodness to all whosoever will obey Him here. I just ended a 40 day fast on Saturday Feb. 9th. and ate breakfast for the first time this year 2013, yesterday Sunday Feb 10th. During my morning devotion today Monday Feb. 11th I got interrupted by the Holy Spirit. As I finished reading a verse of scripture from John chapter 10 I was about to read a declaration I usually read over my family, friends, love-ones and myself aloud ( I believe this sets the atmosphere for everyone's day when read aloud) when the holy Spirit started talking. It was brief and I could not read this declaration aloud while I felt His overwhelming presence and listen to His command.
The Lord said, "Tell everyone on all the social networks to send a letter to the new ministry by this week-end atnd whatever their prayer request(s) is/are they should send it/them in this letter to the new address for the Share Some Love Ministries....

I am being obedient and whatever happens the Holy Spirit already knows. The final instruction was, at our Service this Sunday Feb 17th, we should lay hands on these letter(s) and pray over it/them. Whatever the request(s), I believe the Holy Spirit will remove the situation when we pray over the letter(s) as He commanded us (as I said earlier, the Holy Spirit knows).
So if you or someone you know has a problem, challenge, a serious situation (including a wayward or defiant child or family member, Marriage problem or family matter), sickness, disease ailment, injury, or any infirmity. This may be your moment for a miracle. Don't be afraid, only believe and watch God work out a miracle for you. Looking forward to hear from you and God bless You!

Today's Scripture -Psalm 139
Psalm 139 >> King James 2000 Bible |
To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.
The Eternal Knowledge and Presence of God
The Eternal Knowledge and Presence of God
1O
LORD, you have searched me, and known me.
2You
know my downsitting and my uprising, you understand my thought afar
off.
3You
search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my
ways.
4For
there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, you know it
altogether.
5You
have hedged me behind and before, and laid your hand upon me.
6Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain
unto it.
7Where shall I go from your Spirit? or where shall I flee from your
presence?
8If
I ascend up into heaven, you are there: if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, you
are there.
9If
I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the
sea;
10Even there shall your hand lead me, and your right hand shall hold
me.
11If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall
be light about me.
12Yea, the darkness hides not from you; but the night shines as the
day: the darkness and the light are both alike to you.
13For you have formed my inward parts: you have covered me in my
mother's womb.
14I
will praise you; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are your
works; and that my soul knows right well.
15My frame was not hid from you, when I was made in secret, and
skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16Your eyes did see my substance, being yet unformed; and in your book
they were all written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of
them.
17How precious also are your thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the
sum of them!
18If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when
I awake, I am still with you.
19Surely you will slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore,
you bloody men.
20For they speak against you wickedly, and your enemies take your name
in vain.
21Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate you? and am not I grieved with
those that rise up against you?
22I
hate them with perfect hatred: I count them my enemies.
23Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my
thoughts:
24And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way
everlasting.

Today's Scripture -1 Peter 5
<< 1 Peter 5 >> King James 2000 Bible |
Instructions to Elders
1The
elders who are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the
sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be
revealed:
2Feed
the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by
constraint, but willingly; not for dishonest gain, but of a ready
mind;
3Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being examples to the
flock.
4And
when the chief Shepherd shall appear, you shall receive a crown of glory that
fades not away.
Live in Humility and Resist the Devil
5Likewise, you younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of
you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resists the
proud, and gives grace to the humble.
6Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may
exalt you in due time:
7Casting all your care upon him; for he cares for you.
8Be
sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks
about, seeking whom he may devour:
9Whom
resist steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are
accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
Benediction and Greetings
10But
the God of all grace, who has called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus,
after that you have suffered a while, restore, establish, strengthen, settle
you.
11To
him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
12By
Silas, a faithful brother unto you, as I regard, I have written briefly,
exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God in which you
stand.
13The
church that is at Babylon, elected together with you, greets you; and so does
Mark my son.
14Greet one another with a kiss of love. Peace be with you all that are
in Christ Jesus. Amen.

Today's Scripture -Psalm 25
<< Psalm 25 >> King James 2000 Bible |
A Psalm of David.
A Prayer For Deliverance and Protection
A Prayer For Deliverance and Protection
1Unto
you, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.
2O my
God, I trust in you: let me not be ashamed, let not my enemies triumph over
me.
3Yea,
let none that wait on you be ashamed: let them be ashamed who transgress without
cause.
4Show
me your ways, O LORD; teach me your paths.
5Lead
me in your truth, and teach me: for you are the God of my salvation; on you do I
wait all the day.
6Remember, O LORD, your tender mercies and your lovingkindnesses; for
they have been ever of old.
7Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according
to your mercy remember me for your goodness' sake, O LORD.
8Good
and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
9The
meek will he guide in justice: and the meek will he teach his way.
10All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his
covenant and his testimonies.
11For your name's sake, O LORD, pardon my iniquity; for it is
great.
12What man is he that fears the LORD? him shall he teach in the way
that he shall choose.
13His soul shall dwell at ease; and his descendants shall inherit the
earth.
14The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will show
them his covenant.
15My
eyes are ever toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the
net.
16Turn you unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and
afflicted.
17The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring me out of my
distresses.
18Look upon my affliction and my pain; and forgive all my
sins.
19Consider my enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel
hatred.
20O
keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in
you.
21Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on
you.
22Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
