Scripture For Today

The scripture I take with me today and share with you my family is:
In the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavillion; in the secret of His tabernacle shall He hide me; He shall set me upon a rock. And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in His tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD -Psalm 27:5-6.

Evangelism

Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost; teahing them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and lo I am with you always, even unto the end of the world -Matt. 28:19-20.

God loved us so much that He gave His one and only Son (Jesus) that whosoever belives in Him will not perish but have eternal life (John3:16). Jesus did not come to condemn the world but save it (John 3:17).

Why did god have this plan in the beginning and then carried out this plan?  Because we are all sinners (Rom. 3:23) and God is holy and just so He would have to carry out the His Justice and serve the penalty on us. Then He carried out His Salvation plan through His Son Jesus Christ cancelling out the penalty for us. The wages of sin is daeth but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Rom. 6:23).

Our God is so merciful that while we were still sinning Christ died for us, taking our sin so that we could become righteous through Him (Rom 5:8).

Yes our God truly and wholheartedly loves us so much. And if He's for us who can be against us? He didn't spare His own Son but delivered Him up for all of us. How shall He not also with Him also freely give us all things (Rom 8:31-32). The Apostle John puts it like this: This is the confidence that we have in Him (Jesus) that if we ask anything accoring to His will, He heareth us (1 John 5:14).

He knew before creation that man would fall and could have left us to our own condemnation but He loved us toooo much to leave us and made this redemption plan for us His love ones. Now all we need to do is accept His Salvation plan for us by faith. For by grace we are saved through faith and not of ourselves. It is the gift of God; not of works lest any man should boast -Eph. 2:8,9). Our God Is Awesome!!!

Prayer: Lord thank You for Your Salvation plan for without it we would surely be lost. Amen!

Encouragement: If you don't know him yet get to. It is the best thing you'll ever do in your entire life.

A True Man

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands in times of challenge and controversy-Dr. Martin luther king Jr.

There are men today who because they know what it was like for their fathers never being in their lives growing up, are doing their best to be in their children lives.

There are men who just like being in a comfort zone while there are others who just tenacious and is ready to face any and all challenge that comes their way because they realize that they develop their perseverance and gain other virtues through these challenges and controversies.

God takes us through these trials to get us prepared for other special moments which when we're ready we'll be used in these circumstances so that others who are not there yet will take notes whether they are protege or just observers.

Prayer: God thank You for having the end before even starting in anyone of us lives. Amen.

Encouragement: Trust God in the midst of trials. He's there with you and will see you through. Know for sure that there is something to gain.

Leadership

A blessed and most pleasant day to the family here. Hope you're all blessed by the fellowship on today wherever you worshipped.
I read my Bible to know what people ought to be doing, and I read my newspaper to know what they are doing. -John Henry newman
According to Sir John Maxwell, Leaders have two characteristics: First they are going somewhere, and second they are able to persuade other people to go with them.

Know God, Get Nobility

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God!
How unsearchable His judgements and untraceable His ways!
For who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has been His counselor?
Or who has ever first given to Him, and has to be repaid?
For from Him and and to Him and through Him are all things.
To Him be the glory forever -Romans 11:33-36.

It is noble to try something and fail than to try nothing and succeed.
The result may be the same but you won't be.
We grow more through defeats than victories.

One may have 999 failures
But the 1000th time may not only be success
This may be an invention which may change the world forever.
Remember the invention of the lightbulb?
Or electricity or the telephone?

Never give up on your endeavours
God may be using you to introduce something completely new and valuable to the world.
God has many secrets hidden in the world which cannot be discovered by anyone other than who he plans to use to bring these discoveries to everyone in the world attention.
The trouble is sometimes He doesn't make it easy.

Go for it. It doesn't matter how difficult it is or how long it takes.
Success may be a thousand tries away or even more.
It doesn't matter.
What matters is when you've finally achieved success.
Many can only imagine the feeling.
You will have fist hand experience of it.

Prayer: Lord let us never quit while working with you. Quitters never win and winners never quit. Amen!

Encouragement: Never give up on yourself. God never gives up on us.

Laughter Makes A Glad Heart

Here's some humor to start someone's day off right:

Seems as if some people grow with responsibilities- others just swell. lol.
The Reverend Henry Ward Beecher entered Plymouth Church one Sunday and found several letters waiting for him. He opened one and found it contained one single word, "Fool!" To the congregation on that Sunday he said, "I have known many an instance of a man writing a letter and forgetting to sign his name, but this is the first time I have ever known of a man signing his name and forgetting to write the letter. lol.

Have a blessed day everyone.

What To Follow

The Bible is to us as the star was to the wise men. Both lead to King Jesus.
